Great place! We all enjoyed staying there especially my 4 year old who hates leaving home. She felt like we were home and thats what made our stay even better. The place is fully equipped with everything you need; kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances, air beds, laundry, towels, you name it, they have it! They even have toys for kids and netflix! Only complain is that the floor was dirty when we got there. My baby was crawling all over and when it was time for bed, her legs, knees and hands were all dirty from the floor. Other than that, great place!

Jenny is great!
Jenny is great! She was always a text away and would reply to us within minutes. The main area of the property where kitchen, living room and bathroom are is awesome. Downstairs where the bedrooms are located is a problem area. Every time it rains, the floors flood. I woke up one morning and stepped into a puddle. Very scary because our floor fan was left on overnight and it was standing in water. There is a major water issue in the property because it floods very fast once rains start. We were there for a week and it happened twice. Jenny was very helpful and came over within minutes to clean everything. I just think that for the amount of money we invested on our stay, we shouldn't have to deal with something like that.

2 story apt inside historic brwnstone. Private entrance to garden. 1 Queen & 1 Full (private rms)+airbd. 2 blks to J--6 stops to NYC. Fully furnished, washer/dryer. Cable/speed internet.
The Space
Very spacious and bright with lots of light, beautiful garden, newly renovated, modern design with a lived in feel without the clutter.
Clean with nice sheets and towels and a fully equipped kitchen with spices and extras.
Guest Access
Two Blocks to J train. Totally private with garden access. Bars and cafes close by.
