Museum of the Yellowstone
Housed in the historic Union Pacific Depot, exhibits on the U.S. Cavalry, trappers, cowboys, and Native Americans show the area’s early days. Displays and videos about the region’s largest earthquake in 1959, and devastating fires in 1988 tell a darker story. The museum is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
