Booking this property for our upcoming trip through the national forest was simple, straightforward and completely above board. Sean was a pleasure to work with. Even with some last minute adjustments, Sean was quick to respond, customer focused and ensured that my experience was excellent. Any negative review here did not take the time to work out whatever problem they may have had with the owner. I look forward to working with them in the future on other properties and they are people that stand behind their rental and help you out when you need it.

Great condo close to Yellowstone west entrance
This is a great condo located in a well-kept resort complex. The place is very comfortable and better than what the photos showed. Very clean with spacious room and fully equipped kitchen. Helen and Sean were very responsive and easy to communicate with and sent clear instructions. Had no problem with booking and check-in. The condo is within walking distance to eateries and souvenir stores in the west yellow stone area, and about 5 min driving distance to the park entrance. We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights. Highly recommend.

REVIEW OF BOOKING PROCESS :)
We have yet to travel but I had to write about the excellent communication and booking process. Booking with Sean: I have had an extremely smooth experience with Sean. He responds to emails quickly, and is always friendly and flexible. Sean has been very helpful in helping us make changes to our reservation. I can't thank him enough for understanding our needs and our travel date changes. We are looking forward to our stay at his property in June and if the property's staff is anything like Sean then we will definitely become loyal customers. :)

Excellent Owner, great stay at the resort.
Breaking out the feedback into two components. About Sean: Had a very good experience with Sean. He is friendly, flexible and has been very helpful in understanding my situation and helping me out. His patience and knowledge (of the resorts he has timeshare in) is amazing. Will definitely do business with Sean again, not just for this property, but for other resorts he can help with like Disney, SanDiego, etc. About the Wyndham resort in West Yellowstone: Our stay has been pleasant and enjoyable at the resort in West Yellowstone. The amenities like pool, spa jets, proximity to the park entrance are amazing. The only two improvements I’ve left as feedback in the resort, inline with other comments here - 1. felt that the wifi could be made available free of charge. 2. Also, the rooms don’t seem to have Air Conditioning. While they do have heaters in the rooms, on days where the temperature goes beyond 75, A/C would’ve been very comfortable. In spite of these two, it’s been a good experience at the resort.

1-7 night stays, some dates are week only stays and I will not be able to do a shorter stay, and sometimes I have a night or 2 or 4 etc. some dates I cannot change, just contact with your dates and I will give you the options I have, Great Starting point to the World's Largest Collection of Geysers, Old Faithful, Blue pools, A mountain wildland, home to grizzly bears, wolves, and herds of bison and elk, the park is the core of one of the last, nearly intact, natural ecosystems in the Earth’s temperate zone. In 1872 a country that had not yet seen its first centennial, established Yellowstone as the first national park in the world.
Enjoy all Yellowstone Park has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous 2 Bedroom condo. King master bed and bathroom, , 2 twins in the 2ndbedroom, Queen Murphy bed in living room that is better than a queen sleeper, a real queen mattress! Full Kitchen with seating dishes and seating For 8, All Linens and towels. Checkin is 5pm plus or minus an hour, Many times its ready at 4pm, but sometimes closer to 6pm. checkout is 11AM
Nice Deck or patio, Large indoor year round ool, 2 spas, Childrens pool, Barbecues, Play area, video games, movie rentals. Huge parking lot with RV and Trailer parking, perfect for boats and snowmobiles in the snowmobile Capitol of the World!
