This place is amazing!!! The pictures do not do justice to how nice it is. If you can stay here and not have a 5 Star Review you must have been at the wrong place. We brought a group of teenagers for our own church camp and the property went beyond our expectations and needs. There's so many things to do between the house and riding over to the swimming pool that our teenagers never ended up turning on the TV's. The kitchen and living room where awesome. Cooking for 11 teenagers we had everything we needed. The only thing negative was that our wives found a hidden spice rack that we've all got to build for them at our houses. Mr. East was great to work with before, during, and after the trip with him only a phone call away. Everyone that went loved the house from the adults to the teenagers and even my 3 year old who asked me when we got home "Are we going back to the big house tonight". It's a great place and we'll be back.

Outstanding property
We liked that there was plenty of bath rooms, living space and there was plenty of activities for the kids to do, the dock area and canoes was the kids favorite, they were out there everyday, the beaches were located very close to the property and everything was within 10 mile radius. We will recommend this property to all, the property was so amazing and was the best. The property owners called before we departing for traveling, contacted us when we arrived and checked on us daily to see if we was in need of anything, the best vacation yet !!

All we can say is outstanding!
This house has everything you need to have a home away from home! Very clean and well maintained. All rooms spacious , we had about 15 people and 2 small children. The kitchen has everything you need to throw a party or everyday living. We got to fish , play basketball, throw football and enjoy all the grounds. I want to thank the owner mr Dick East for all his help with contacts for rentals , catering, and just being a great friend to help the family to make a Big Bang for a rehearsal diner for our sons wedding!

PET AND FAMILY FRIENDLY. IDEAL FOR LARGE GROUPS............ Gourmet kitchen completely equipped EQUIPPED INCLUDING CONDIMENTS AND SPICES. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, grand piano, large yard, fishing dock, and more. Large selection of pots, pans, appliances, crock pots, blender, mixer, waffle iron, food processor, rice cooker, six burner stove with griddle and grill, Kurig coffee maker and 12 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, paper towels, baggies, trash bags, and In refrigerator ice maker......... ($1.50 per 20 pound bag of ice machine 5 minutes away). Charcoal BBQ Pit with enough charcoal for several fires provided. Crab pot with propane burner. Outdoor fire pit with smore's forks. Eight person Outdoor Hot tub. Eight minutes to the beach.. Beach chairs, tent, towels available to take to the beach. If you are interested in rental shorter than the minimums, call us for info. 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths, spacious home on 2.8 acres. Quiet and peaceful overlooking the Wolf River. Quick deep water access to the Gulf. Sleeps 18 to 23. Spacious great room with awesome kitchen. Canoe with paddles and life jackets. Two fire places. Bicycles availlable on request. Master bedroom has Select Comfort Sleep Number Bed. Home is ideal for family reunions, golf outings, fishing outings, and business gatherings. We also have a motor home available for rent for beach trips and beach weddings. 8 minutes to beach, close to restaurants, boating, shopping, and Stennis Space Center. Outdoor dog kennel. (No vicious dogs please). No pet deposit. Will reduce rates or periodically post specials according to our own family schedule. The home is "kid friendly". We treat people like family and we are quite pleased that folks feel the same about us.
