With a modern-rustic open concept design, mountain views, wood burning fireplace, outdoor hot tub with views, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, gourmet kitchen, large deck with grill and plenty of room to eat outside, and a lower level family room for kids to play, this home is a lot of fun for a weekend or week long stay. There are views of Sunday River from the main living area and 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
The home has 3 levels, The main level has entry from driveway, 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and access to 12 x 32 deck with table and seating for 8 (charcoal grill). The top level has 3 bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom with an attached full bath and mountain views, a Queen bedroom with mountain views, a built-in bunk room that sleeps 4 and a full bathroom. The lower level has walk out access to the hot tub, fire pit, and tree house and a quiet Queen bedroom with a full bath just outside the door. The lower level also includes washer/dryer and 600 square feet of space that includes a TV and Sofa along with plenty of space to get ready for the mountain, store your equipment and to get ready to jump in the hot tub after a long day on the trails.
The location of the home is also minutes from Grafton Notch State Park, which includes spring/summer/fall activities, hiking Table Top trail (as well as parts of the Appalachian trail), Step Falls hiking and swimming, Moose Cave, kayaking the Androscogin, great restaurants in Bethel, and so much more.
