Right side of a duplex (See Tringali Little). Just 25 steps across the street onto the beach. Home has a sunroom in the rear to watch sunsets, which can double as a 4th b/r to sleep 2 more. Deck on rear with a hot tub, large yard. Two baths; 1 bath with shower on first floor & half bath on 2nd floor, hardwood floors on 1st level (carpet 2nd floor). Enclosed outside shower (with hot & cold water) shared with left side. Microwave, lobster pot & tools, washer/dryer, Hot Tub on deck, DVD & Video players, Stereo. Home has a dining area, a large living room, cable TV, gas BBQ grille,patio set, deck, wireless internet connection. BED SETUP: Master has a Queen bed & deck off of it to watch sunsets; 2nd b/r has a bed that’s full on bottom & twin on top; 3rd b/r has a full. Queen sleep sofa in the living room. There will be two daybeds in Sunroom, twin sheets, which acts as a 4th bedroom. Home will sleep 7 in beds, 11 using sleep sofa & 2 daybeds. Fish right off the beach or from the nearby mile-long jetty. Park 3-4 cars in driveway.
The home is close to a marina & public dock with boat launch and commercial & pleasure boats moored at the harbor. Just 20 minutes from Portland, and 10 minutes to down town Saco, Funtown; 5 minutes to OOB. A general store, 2 restaurants, bait & tackle shop and the main dock are all within walking distance. Ferry Beach State park offers several paths for walking & biking. This is a great central location community catering to families. Saco and Old Orchard Amusement parks open Seasonally.
