Second bath is a full bath with tub/shower combo. The open concept living room, dining and kitchen is air conditioned. Equipped with ceiling fans, cable TV; Wi-Fi internet, nice new deck with an umbrella patio set, gas BBQ grille, yard, washer/dryer, microwave. Plenty of parking in 2 driveways. Just walk just down Beacon Ave. turn left, to Fairhaven, for beach access.
