This portion of the beach is used only for adjacent homes, no public parking in this area to access the beach. This property goes from shared driveway off of Seaside Ave. to the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms + cute "bunkhouse" adjacent to house. New carpet up & new furniture. BED SETUP: Master b/r has a Queen bed a door to the deck facing the ocean. The 2nd b/r has 1 full bed; The 3rd bedroom has a set bunk beds (twin mattresses). The bunkhouse has a set of bunk beds (twin mattresses). Sleeps 8 in beds (using the bunkhouse). Limited to 8.
Two large decks, one off kitchen & the 2 front bedrooms to watch the the beautiful sunrise or moonrise. They have those little lights all around the deck that faces the driveway. The switch for the lights is over near the washing machine and he put a note there saying "Porch Accent Switch". This will turn off and turn on the little lights. Very large yard private yard. One full bath on the 2nd floor with shower/tub combo; half bath off living room, 1st floor; enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water; dishwasher; microwave, lobster pot & tools, washer/dryer; gas BBQ grille, patio set, Cable TV; DVD, wireless internet connection, outside shower with hot & cold water. Home is an open concept with a dining area, counter in kitchen with bar stools, a large living room facing the ocean. Sorry, no pets allowed.
