Bed Setup: Four bedrooms upstairs & one bedroom is on 1st floor. All 5 beds are full & there's 1 twin on the side porch. Five houses back from Beach with distant ocean views from the large wrap-around porch & some bedrooms. Microwave, TV, BBQ gas grille, washer (no dryer, has clothesline). Two baths; 1 bath tub/shower combo & 1 with shower (both on the first floor level). Med. Size fridge & there is also has a dorm-type fridge on the porch. There are fans for every room and has electric heat, if needed. Large side yard & back yards Plenty of parking. House has a great porch! Sleeps 11 in beds using the daybed on side porch. Walk along Surf St., 3 streets over, to access to the beach…. 2-minute walk. Dead-end street for cars-good for small kids. People fish at the end of Sunset at high tide. NOTE: Past renters were able to get a wireless signal on their laptop at the house from the area. Bring your laptop too if you want (no guarantee but it did work for them).
