BED SETUP: Master bedroom has 1 queen; 2nd bedroom has 1 full and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. Nice front porch with distant ocean views; BBQ grill on the deck on rear, also with ocean views. There is a dining room off the kitchen. Home has 1 bath on the 1st floor with a shower/tub combo. Parking for about 3-4 cars, yard. Home will sleep 6 in beds, all bedrooms on 2nd floor. The owner is leaving two blow-up mattresses (for kids) and with these, will sleep 8 total. Walk down the street to the ocean, go left & over 2 streets for access onto the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave. It’ll take about 1 minute walk to get onto the beach +/-. Many people fish at high tide at the end Sunset Ave., 1 street over.
