This is a former B&B, extremely well decorated with a very large yard. Two baths; 1 bath on first floor with shower; 2nd bath with claw tub & “hand held” shower on 2nd floor. Outside shower (enclosed with hot & cold water). Home has cable TV, gas BBQ grille, patio set, deck, new fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher; separate dining room; large living room all with views of the ocean. Large open porch on front. This home has wireless internet connection, bring your laptop. BED SETUP: Master has a full bed; Bedroom 2 has a full bed + cot; bedroom 3 has a trundle which opens to sleep two (twin mattresses. Home will sleep 6 in beds, 7 using cot. Linens included (sheets & towels for up to 7 guests). If you like to fish, the guys fish right off the beach or off the nearby mile-long jetty. Park 2-3 cars across the street or on gravel quiet street behind the house. Pets considered on a “case-by-case” basis.
