BED SETUP: The larger bedroom has a full bed; 2nd bedroom has a full bed; half bedroom has a twin. You need to walk through the "half bedroom" with the twin to get to the other 2 bedrooms. There's also a sleep sofa in the living room for an overnight guest. It will sleep a total of 5 in beds. New kitchen stove & monitor heater in 8-09. Microwave, cable TV, patio set and deck. Bath has a shower (no tub). Only half-a-minute walk to the beach.
The home is close to a marina, public pier, 20 minutes from Portland, and 10 minutes into down town Saco. A general convenience store, restaurants, Bait and tackle shop, boat building facility, and the main fishing pier are all within walking distance. Ferry Beach State Park offers several paths for walking & biking. This is a great central location and is a community, which caters to families. Saco and Old Orchard Amusement parks open Seasonally. Parking for TWO cars ONLY here as downstairs apartment has the other 2 parking spots.
