This is a large, spacious 4-bedroom house with a new kitchen with island for eating and has tons of counter space (Corian), Garage, fenced-in back yard with a sea saw & a tree house for older kids. This home has lots of amenities. There is an enclosed outside shower. Home has a large dining room with hardwood floors; large tiled family sunroom (2nd living room) with huge TV. There is also a TV in the 1st living room. There’s a full bath 2nd floor with tub/shower combo; half bath off the kitchen; another half bath in garage + also an extra small fridge in garage. There is an enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water and is Air conditioned upstairs. BED SETUP: Master is huge with hardwood floors & a memory foam mattress King-size bed; 2nd b/r has 1 new memory foam mattress Queen; 3rd b/r has a new bunk bed set (full on the bottom, twin on the top); 4th b/r in lower level has a TV, 1 new Queen bed & can double as a playroom for the kids and has board games/books Sleeps 9 in beds. Home has a total of 4 cable TVs, WIFI, an office area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and a Keurig coffee maker & an enclosed porch with Hot Tub. Owner leaves sheets for all beds. Home has a gas BBQ grill & patio set as well as a fire pit, with firewood provided, for marshmallows. Garden cart provided to carry beach chairs & coolers & little kids down to the beach. Parking for 4+ cars. Home is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. including lower level & porch. Just walk down Sunset to Surf St. and over 3 streets for beach access the end of Fairhaven Ave., will take about 2 minutes to walk or walk along Seaside Ave. to Fairhaven Ave. to the beach.
