This is a nicely-remodeled 3-bedroom year round home with has a roomy full Kitchen, 2 baths, living room, den area, enclosed porch, and a large deck. Fantastic river views + ocean views from this house. It will take about a half-minute walk to the beach. BED SETUP: Master has a Queen with a little balcony overlooking the Saco River & marina with gorgeous sunsets; one bedroom (ocean views) is a very nice “walk-thru” bedroom with a Queen; 3rd bedroom has a full bed. The owners also have an aero bed (blow up mattress) for use for a child. Home will sleep 6 in beds. There is a microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large pantry, island in the kitchen along with the kitchen table, Internet access (just plug your laptop in), gas BBQ grille & cable TV. One bath is on 1st floor with shower; full bath 2nd floor, tub/shower combo. There is a large deck off the kitchen, overlooking the marina, again with beautiful sunsets. One-way traffic will pass this house coming into Camp Ellis and it’s a little busier at dinnertime.
