Completely renovated in spring 2011, laminate floors that are like hardwood floors, new bath, etc. BED SETUP: Master, 1 queen bed; 2nd b/r, has 1 full bed. Sleep sofa in living room. With sleep sofa in the living room, the home will sleep 6. Enclosed porch on the rear. Can park 2 cars, one in driveway, one on front lawn. Gas BBQ grille & patio set in the yard; new bath with shower/tub combo; microwave, cable TV, washer/dryer. Home has WIFI, Cool bring your laptop along with the suntan lotion. The beach just down a short walk down the street, half minute away.
