Three houses back from the beach. Bed Setup: First floor: 1 Bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin; 2nd bedroom has 1 twin & set of bunkbeds (twin mattresses). Second floor: 1st bedroom has 1 full; 2nd bedroom has 1 full; 3rd bedroom has 1 queen. There is a queen air mattress upstairs which will be left as long as it's still working. Will not be replaced if it doesn't. Will sleep a total of 12 in beds 14 total utilizing the air mattress. Gas grille, picnic table, dishwasher, 2 cable TVs (one in each living room), fireplace, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans in upstairs living room & 3 bedrooms; wireless internet. Two baths, one shower/tub combo on 2nd floor & shower on 1st floor. Large basement for kids to play on rainy days if needed (hopefully you won't). Small deck with ocean views. House does have heat. Walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access at the end of the street.
