Bedroom #2 has a bunk which is a full on the bottom & a twin on the top; X-tra cot and a full-size sleep sofa in living room. Gas grille, patio set, ishwasher, Cable TV, DVD,VCR, microwave, washer/dryer, hower/tub combo. Owner leaves pack ‘n play for babies + high chair. Two decks & small yard. House does have heat. Just walk down Eagle Ave. with beach access at the end of the street. Parking for 2-4 cars. Will sleep 5 in beds & 8 total utilizing the sleep sofa & cot. *wireless internet
