BED SETUP: Each bedroom has a full bed and there's full size sleep sofa in the living room (full sized). Sleeps 4 in beds; 6 with sleep sofa. There is a back & side yard, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, gas BBQ, patio table, cable TV. There's also WIFI, bring your laptop along with the suntan lotion. The house is located on a dead-end street for car traffic which is good for small kids. Great fishing right at the end of this street at high tide. Very short walk to the beach. One minute walk to end of street onto Surf St., 3 streets over with access to the beach at the end of Fairhaven Ave. with no car traffic. One of the "best buys around".
