Theirs is also a toddler bed (a crib mattress), for kids ages 1-4 years of age as well as a high chair for a baby. Home has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all new including a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer, cable TV & wireless internet; deck, patio set, gas BBQ grille. The master bath has shower; 2nd bath off kitchen area is full with a tub/shower combo. Home will sleep 8 in beds. Nice yard with basketball hoop, Parking for 2-3 cars. On corner of Seaside Ave. & Meadow Ave., set off the main road. You just need to cross Seaside Ave., walk down Shore Ave. straight to the beautiful beach. Approximately a 2-minute walk.
