This house does FRIDAYS to FRIDAYS RENTALS! (Which lets you avoid traffic on Saturday AM & PM + gives you a complete weekend at the house).
This oceanfront 2-bedroom house has been completely remodeled. There are 1-1/2 baths; 1st floor has bath with shower (no tub) and 2nd bath on 2nd floor is a half bath. Home has a fully-appliance kitchen, Cable TV, WIFI, microwave, etc., charcoal grille, 2 beach chairs for your use. The lower deck is off kitchen facing the ocean with unobstructed ocean views. Watch the sunrise or moon rise with your coffee or cocktails. Has a basement area to store your bikes if you bring them. Home is right beside the Fish’n Optician in Camp Ellis where you can get lobsters. Home has WIFI, bring your laptop if you wish along with the fishing poles & suntan lotion. BED SETUP: Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed and slider to small balcony also with unobstructed oceanviews + extra TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There's also a sleep sofa in the living room (full-size sheets) for overnight guests. In beds it will sleep a total of 4 with sleep sofa in living room sleeps 6. It’s only a half-minute walk to the beach around the corner. A general convenience store, restaurants, Bait & tackle shop and the main fishing pier are all within walking distance. For parking, if you have “regular” size cars, can pull in with nose under front area for 2 cars. If you have a P/U truck or SUV, only one will fit parallel to front of house. Only $2,525/wk. for these beautiful views and very short walk to the beach. Pets permitted with approval.
Camp Ellis is a "Fishing Village" area….now dotted with new and the old. Unspoiled by high rises. It is still an active fishing area for commercial lobstermen & fishermen. You can go over to the dock and watch both fishing vessels and pleasure boats. Nearby is the Camp Ellis General Store which features daily lobster catch during season & will cook to perfection while you wait or return to pick them up. They also serve breakfast. In Camp Ellis you can also buy lobsters at "boat prices directly from our friend & neighbor, the lobsterman Dean, the "Fish ‘n Optician".
At Camp Ellis there is a very popular restaurant, eat in or take out (specializing in seafood), a bait & tackle shop, deep-sea fishing boats leave from the docks in Camp Ellis. Kayak rentals are nearby for use on the Saco River, which goes out to the ocean at Saco Bay. There is also a mile-long jetty to fish from or just to walk on, a large dock with both fishing & pleasure boats in the harbor, a large dock with both fishing & pleasure boats in the harbor. You can also fish right off Surf St. in Ferry Beach at high tide or off the beach itself. The tackle shop in Camp Ellis is on the dock area. You can fish off the beaches also. From the docks you can rent jet skis and also go parasailing too. If you have a boat, you can launch it at the docks here.

You must bring sheets, towels, paper goods, soaps. Owners leave 2 beach chairs for your use. This owner has a charcoal grille. You may need charcoal & lighter if none there when you check in. Property is to be left "neat & tidy" clean when you leave.
We do have a cleaner who comes in between rentals to make sure it's clean when you check in.
