MINT unit in a very nice quiet area with only about six units in the whole building, nestled in the woods on Randall Ave. in the Ocean Park area of Old Orchard. This is indeed one of my nicer units. It’s more like a large house than a condo - the complex is called “Tanglewoodâ€. This unit has a large deck and is HANDICAPPED accessible. BED SETUP: One b/r has 1 queen (large bedroom); 2nd b/r has 1 Queen and 3rd b/r has 1 full + 1 twin. TWO baths; one with handicapped shower, other with tub/shower combo. The unit has a microwave, Cable color TV, VCR, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lobster pot, gas BBQ, picnic table on the deck & patio furniture and Wireless Internet. There is a dumpster in the rear of the complex for trash. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk). PETS POSSIBLE with owners’ permission.
