The address is 12 Reggio but cottage is actually across yard on the Odessa Street side. Home offers a nice large common yard with picnic tables. Only about 1 minute to walk down either Odessa or Reggio to the beach. About a 5-8 minute walk to the pier area in OOB, BED SETUP: Master has a Queen bed; 2nd b/r has 2 twins. There's a full-size futon in the living room. This house will sleep a total of 4 in beds 6 total utilizing the sleep sofa. **There also is a loft with a full mattress but this cannot be used for small children. Cable TV, window air conditioner; one bath with a shower (no tub), parking for 2 cars on Odessa Ave. side in front of the split-rail fence. Please turn off air conditioner when you go to the beach and are not at the cottage. Picnic tables are in center area outside. Owner has gas BBQ grille. The house has a small 8x12' screened in porch to enjoy warm summer evenings. Owner is able to pick up a wireless internet signal (especially from picnic tables). Bring your laptop too along with suntan lotion (no guarantee but it did work for owners).
