Sleeps 6-10 people utilizing sleep sofas. 1fl has lg bedroom (queen), lg living room, kitchen and bath. 2fl has recently renovated kitchen and bath, very large screened-in porch, and 3rd level has two bedrooms (1 double, 2-twins). Downstairs living room has a pullout sleep sofa (full size) and the other the upstairs living room has a futon (full size) and a regular non-sleeper couch. Newly painted interior and newly furnished! There is no internal staircase from the up & down, one would have to come down the stairs to go into the bottom unit. Bottom unit is where slider is in the outside photo. About a 4-minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Pier and amusements. Nice family neighborhood and close to everything. Microwave, cable TV, BBQ charcoal grille, phone and plenty of parking. Sleeps 10 with sleep sofa & futon.
