Sleeps 4 in beds; 8 with sleep sofa & futon. Parking for one car in the drive, others allowed on street.Bath is a tub/shower combo and the tub is a jet tub. Home has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas BBQ grille. Home has a ceiling fan in one bedroom and one in the living room. All hardwood floors. Pets permitted with approval.
