This "rustic" 2-story 714 sq. ft., cottage has a dining room, very large screened-in porch with chairs, (porch size, 35'x7' + 17'x7'). Bath on 2nd floor with tub & hand-held shower setup. Gas BBQ grille. Cable TV. Outside shower with hot & cold water. Cleaning is on the "honor system" by tenants. Located on the west side of Rte. 9, W. Grand Ave. Randall is where the Shuffleboard court is located. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach (depending on how fast you walk). Close to all amenities of Ocean Park.
