Complete kitchen facilities, cable TV, Bath has shower (no tub). There is a gas BBQ grille & picnic table in the large back yard, shared with unit #6. Park 1-2 cars. It is a quick 1-2 min. walk to the beach and Ocean Park. It’s a quick 1-2 min. walk to the beach and Ocean Park. Approximately a 5-minute walk to the pier in Old Orchard (depends how fast you walk).
