BED SETUP: One bedroom has 1 full bed; 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed; 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed and 4th bedroom has 1 twin bed. House has a & futon in the living room and a new queen sleep sofa in the living room. Will sleep 6 in beds; 8-9 with sleep sofa & futon. Bath with shower & tub combo & half bath with toilet (both on 1st floor; new vinyl floor in kitchen & dining area, newly painted, cable TV, microwave, two refrigerators, one stand-up fan. You may want to bring along a couple if it gets very hot. Has a Gas BBQ grille & picnic table, huge wrap-around porch with chairs. This house is a cottage, set to the left & behind another home & is very close to the beach.
