About a 5-8 minute walk to the pier area in OOB. BED SETUP: Master has a 1 bed; 2nd b/r has 1 twin and 3rd b/r has 2 twin beds. You do need to walk thru the room with the 1 twin to access the back bedroom. Back bedroom has an outside exit door also. This house is limited to 5 and will sleep a total of 5 in beds. It's on the ground level of a 2-family house and all rooms on one level. Owner does not rent the upstairs; it’s possible his family may be here off & on during the summer. Cable TV. There is one small bath with a shower (no tub), parking for 2 cars. Outside shower in the rear. There is wireless internet in the area and it’s possible you may pick up a signal but no guarantee. House has heat if needed.
