New Listing. This is a very nice 2-b/r condo on 2nd floor.  Ocean views + a Pool. Home has a 46†flat screen cable TV, WIFI, A/C, has a heated swimming pool. Small bath with shower (no tub). Just steps away on a path onto Grand Beach. Permit parking for 2 cars. Coin-op Laundromat on 1st floor (can use credit card too). Fully-equipped kitchen with blender, microwave, lobster pot. Sit at table and enjoy views. Outside unit are chairs and small tables also. BBQ grille down at the parking lot. (Please clean grille after using). BED SETUP: Each bedroom has a queen bed for your sheets. Sleep sofa in living room, full size. Limited to six guests. No smoking inside units permitted. Smoke outside but no butts on the ground. Sorry no pets for renters due to condo rules.  $1,450/wk. plus tax.Â
Old Orchard is a very popular area for summer rentals. Known for it's famous pier. Plenty of stores & eateries.  Amusements and arcade for the kids.
Theme Park 10 minute drive away called Funtown USA.  Half way between Kittery & Freeport (LLBean) for outlet shopping. Major mall in So. Portland about half hour ride.
We ask renters leave "neat & tidy" clean.  My rental policy tells you what you need to bring (sheets, towels, beach chairs, paper goods, etc). All else is here that you'd need.
Once I receive your home address, # of people coming, home & cell phone #'s if you have both and if pet coming, what size & kind, I'll email a contract with full instructions. Half down including tax required when booking and I give you 10 days to mail (15 for Canada). All balances are due one month prior to check in.  Â
Great for families.  Very close to the beach. Can walk to the pier and boardwalk from this location yet far enough away from "busy" area of OOB.Â
