Walk down Reggio to the beach . . . . it'll take about 1 minute to walk. About a 5-8 minute walk to the pier area in OOB, BED SETUP: Master has a new full size bed; 2nd b/r has 2 twins. There's a full futon in the living room. This house will sleep a total of 4 in beds 6 total utilizing the futon. Cable TV, one bath with a shower (no tub), parking for 2 cars. Nice 8x12' screened in porch to enjoy.
