Very nice end unit close to Ocean Park on a dead-end street, good for small children. Two bedrooms + a sunroom that can act as a 3rd b/r. BED SETUP: Master has 1 queen; 2nd b/r has 1 full bed and 1 set of bunks, (2 twin mattress for your sheets).
The sunroom has a sleep sofa for 1; living room queen sleep sofa for 2 more. Sleeps 6 in beds 9 using sleep sofas. Cable TV, WIFI; washer/dryer, nice patio with gas BBQ grille & picnic table. Home has 1-1/2 baths. 1 fan on a stand in b/r; 2nd b/r has fan on bureau & 1 ceiling fan in hall upstairs. Bath up has tub/shower combo. Park 2 cars in the parking lot, more out front of unit on street. About a 2-minute walk to the beach, crossing W. Grand; about 5 minutes to the pier +/-. All of this for only $1,500/wk. The building is close to the RR tracks but no matter where you are in Old Orchard, you’ll hear the trains. Sorry no pets due to condo rules
On the West side of Odessa but a short walk to the beach. Nice dead-end street, little traffic and this is last building on the right at the dead end.
Old Orchard is popular area for vacations; beautiful beach just down the street. Walk to the beach; walk to Ocean Park area and walk to the famous pier in OOB.
Check in is on Saturday at 2:00 PM and check out on Saturdays at 10:00 AM. We have a cleaner come between rentals to make sure places are clean. We do ask when you leave to leave units "neat & tidy" clean. Empty Refrigerator, clean counters if needed & floors if needed. Put all trash and recycles out in the dumpsters
You will need to bring your own sheets, beach & bath towels, soaps, some paper goods, beach chairs. If you rent will send my rental policy with other information.
If you rent I'll need your home address, home phone, cell phone if you have one, # of people coming and if a house or unit allows pets, kind & size of dogs for my records. Dunton @22 doesn't allow pets for renters due to condo rules.
No smoking inside the properties but can smoke outside. No butts on the ground tho.

Changeover day for this rental are on Saturdays. Maine lodging Tax of 9% is added onto every rental unit. For this one cost is $1,500+ $135 for a total of $1,635. Half down including tax required when booking and I give you 10 days to mail (15 for Canada). All balances are due one month prior to check in. Personal check, cashier check or money orders accepted or direct deposit to my bank. Sorry but I don't use credit cards.
All balances are due 1 month prior to check-in. If one has to cancel after balances are sent, the deposits & balances will only be refunded if the week reserved is re-rented at the same rate and new deposit is received. If I only have the deposit, then again, that will be refunded once re- booked and new deposit is receive. If I need to re-rent at a lower rate (due to a late cancellation), refunds will be adjusted accordingly, reduced by whatever reduction was necessary to re-rent the house. If cancelled prior to the 1 month before when balances are due, the deposit money will be returned once I have confirmation of the re-rent and received deposit for same or if the property is actually re-rented at the last minute.
Once I receive your home address, # of people coming, home & cell phone #'s if you have both. Also if allowed in the rental unit, if a pet is coming, what kind & size of a dog.
