BED SETUP: Bedroom #1 has 1 Queen; Bedroom #2 has 1 Full bed+1chairbed; Bedroom #3 has 1 Full & 1 chairbed; Bedroom #4, has 1 Full bed. There is also a large daybed in the living room. This unit will sleep 12 in beds using chairbeds & daybed in living room. There are two full baths: 1 with a tub/shower combo on 1st floor + with shower on the 2nd floor; washer/dryer. Nice enclosed porch, microwave, Cable TV, WIFI; 3 shared picnic tables in small yard in rear for all 4 units. Outside shower with hot & cold water in the rear of the building next door, @ #14, for all 4 units to use. Just walk down the street onto the beach, about a half-minute walk. Only about 5-minute walk to the Pier in Old Orchard.
