Kayak, canoe, paddle boat*... or just relax in the sand. The main (entry) level of the house enters into open concept of family room, kitchen with bar stool seating, and dining area. Two of the four bedrooms and the bathroom are on the main level, with the other two bedrooms share the top floor**. A full glass wall facing the lake gives you great water views from both levels.
First timers will fall in love with Frye Island from the moment you drive onto the car ferry and take off from the mainland. This island offers everything you need for a vacation that is sure to be a family favorite! There is a great waterfront restaurant and bar, a delicious ice cream shop, a country style store, golf course, recreation center, ball fields, tennis courts, in-ground pool, walking trails, and more all within walking distance or less then a 2 mile drive. You will also be lucky enough to be staying in a pleasant cove on the western side of the island, which means wonderful sunsets each night.
