This beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is on the ground level of my house built in the late 1800’s. It sits on a gorgeous corner lot in Uptown just 1 block from beautiful St. Charles Ave. There is a private entrance for guest with a small fenced in yard.
We are walking distance to many Restaurants, a Pharmacy, Mini Marts, Historic Magazine St. and many more.
Easy access to the streetcar, stops just one block away. On it you can easily visit Audubon Park & Zoo, Loyola & Tulane Universities, WWII Museum, French Quarter, and more.
Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, blender, toaster and coffeepot.
There are dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc...
Everything you would need to feel right at home.
Living area has a TV with cable, and a stereo.
Free wireless Internet is available.
All linens for the beds and towels are provided

We have a small fenced yard which makes it perfect for guest with pets.
