Recently renovated, Freshly painted! Outside this is a typical 1920 raised basement New Orleans house but inside, Oh La La! Enchanting entrance with dramatic black & white ceramic tiles. Spacious living area with wide pickled pine flooring opens to deck and garden patio. Great galley kitchen with a repeat of the black & white ceramic tile flooring theme. On either side of the central living area are two large bedrooms each with its own bath. The master bath has a black tile sunken tub and glass block windows.
Everything's Included WiFi, Premium Cable, Utilities even off street parking. Fully furnished with Queen beds in both bedrooms. Washer/Dryer in basement. Just bring your toothbrush and move right in!
You would be renting the main 1600 sq ft flat which is on the 2nd floor and has a deck off of the living room. You have access to the patio garden and the laundry room in the basement.
In general, rates vary depending on length of stay. 1 - 4 months $3200., 5 - 11 months 3000, 12+ months 2800 each is per month. But as we're ony offering it for Oct & Nov there's a special for $2800/mon minimum stay 1 month.

It's up 1 flight of stairs so not good for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs

After your lease is signed should you have to cancel prior to end of lease you will owe the difference in monthly rate as shown in lease. (example if lease was for a year at $2800 per month and you cancel at 6 months you will owe an extra $200 for each month you were in residence. In this example that would be $1200.
