There is a 32-inch television with basic Direct TV and DVD player; free WIFI. The living room sofa opens into a queen sleeper if needed. Art is every where and reflects the character and feel of New Orleans. All of the bedrooms are separate and private with linen provided. The formal dining room seats 6 and there is an informal breakfast bar with 30" barstools for 2. The separate office has a printer on the desk and a bookcase. A comfortable arm chair is also provided. One bathroom has a tub and shower and the second bathroom has a shower only. The front bedroom has a full bed and a large closet. The two rear bedrooms are spacious, one has a queen-sized bed & next has 2 extra long twins that can be combined to become a king. There is a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes and flatware for 8, pots and pans and various spices. There is a stackable washer and dryer provided. The enclosed rear porch leads to a beautifully landscaped back yard with two seating areas - seating for 6 and seating for 4. A large barbeque grill is also available for your use. To welcome our guests we leave water and soft drinks in the refrigerator. As native New Orleanians we believe in the custom of lagniappe (a little something extra).
