Super cute place!
Our stay was very cozy and the place had just about everything you need. It's super close to the aquarium, the zoo, the river walk shopping center, the casino, many places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

I would like to begin with saying that Paul is the greatest and most generous person I have ever dealt with renting a location. From the time of the booking to the check-out, everything went beyond perfect and smoothly. Upon arriving at the property, the location was great from any point in New Orleans and away from all of the ruckus you normally see in the city. When entering the room, the kids are instantly attracted to the Zapp's chips that were provided. Sorry if they ate all of the bags lol. This apartment was stunning and extremely comfortable. It took nothing but a second for us to feel like we were at home. The view of the Mississippi River from the balcony kept the kids entertained with all of the boats passing. The private balcony was amazing to have for some fresh air and relaxing. Everything that we could of needed for this trip was provided. From the washing powder, to the paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. Having Pizza Hut attached to the same building, was perfect for late meals after a day in the city. I cannot wait to come back and visit this property. I have already spread the word to many of my friends and family about this great recommendation. I guarantee that you will not regret booking this location. If I could give it 20 stars I would! I cannot thank Paul enough for opening his property to us!!

Perfect, relaxing location
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. It was the perfect location just on the outskirts of the downtown hustle and bustle! This work out great for us as it was myself, my wife and a friend of ours, all of which wanted to be able to slow down and relax a bit. Paul was extremely helpful from the start and answered his phone every time that I called. This is a perfect location for someone who wants to experience New Orleans, but still be able to relax and enjoy a view of the Mississippi without being in the middle of downtown. I will most definitely visit again!

An elegant two bedroom apartment located in the Arts/Warehouse District...This apartment features wood floors throughout except for the bedrooms. It has two bedrooms both with a comfortable memory gel queen bed and full bathrooms...Also,there's a queen size sofa/pullout sleeper for 2 in the living room. Each room has its own 40' wall mounted SMART LED TV...For the living room there's a 60' wall mounted SMART LED TV with matching Sound Bar and Netflix... FREE high speed WIFI, washer/dryer and a furnished private balcony that can oversee 'THE MIGHTY MISSISSIPPI RIVER'...The kitchen and bathroom come equipped with all living necessities to make your stay more accommodating. This unit is only a short taxi drive away from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, The Smoothie King Center , The Morial Convention Center, Infamous French Quarter and Popular Surrounding Landmarks... Lastly, its literally just a few steps from Walmart and at a host of restaurants and stores in the area.
