Comfort at its best
Le Niche is cozy, comfy and CLEAN! Made me feel like I was at home! We had our privacy (which was most important) and my husband and I felt like we were residents in the neighborhood! Le Niche is close to everything! It took us 15 minutes to get to most places. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely want to return!

Cozy, clean & accommodating!!
We stayed at LeNiche for an extended weekend & it was the perfect location. Just a few blocks from the very convenient streetcar that takes you to all areas of the city! Walking distance to many dining options as well. Very clean quarters & had everything needed-very comfortable furniture too. Kim was very easy to work with & we recommend to anyone thinking of the perfect getaway.

Le Niche is the perfect little cottage
Everything was great here. The room was clean and it had everything we were looking for, we stayed for 5 days. Kim was a great host. The neighbors were nice as well. Looking forward to doing it again next year. Thanks a lot for everything Kim.

Located uptown, just off St. Charles Ave, Le Niche is handy to the famed and historic streetcar line with easy access to all of the sites and sounds of New Orleans. Whether shopping on Magazine St. for treasures, antiques, art or just something to soothe the tastebuds or taking it to the limit on Royal St., New Orleans offers an unforgettable experience. Either way, after a day out exploring the Big Easy, Le Niche offers a respite from all of the excitement. This cozy carriage house has a full open floor plan, a full kitchen for light cooking, bath with shower, queen bedding with just the right high thread count linens for a luxurious and restful sleep.
Some of the amenities included are, 46" flat screen TV, WIFI, desk for a work station, all hight quality linens provided, A/C , Heating, microwave, gas stove, under the counter fridge, and a lending library. The outdoor seating area allows is currently under renovation... the porch to the main house is available for enjoying the mild New Orleans weather.
