Being prior military, I have traveled a lot and I will say that I have been skeptical of a lot of places when they post photos and for good reason. These photos are legit and are not just some photos they took from when the place was just put together. Matter of fact, the place still seems brand new. Besides some previous renters that didn't care for it as if it was their own and damaged some things, the owner of this penthouse still keeps it in top notch condition for the next renters. I would have to say that this penthouse was way more than we imagined. We were just in awe of how beautiful and accommodating everything was. The patio was really where we spent most of our time and trust us, it was well worth every second we spent out there. Besides some water bug and sugar ant problems, everything else was above and beyond our expectations. The beds were cozy and it was the perfect place for our 1st Annual Cousin's getaway. If I came here again, I would surely stay here. It was quiet and there were several places within walking distance of us to go to. Ms. Christina was awesome and even recommended some places for us which turned out to be GREAT choices.

This modern brand new Penthouse was built in 2015. The Penthouse boasts a superb location on the edge of the Garden District. Stroll under the canopy of centuries-old live oaks through one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in America. Shop at the quirky and antique shops on St. Charles and Magazine Street. Numerous restaurants nearby for all type of taste. Catch the streetcar to view this beautiful City or head Downtown to visit the French Quarters, Convention Center, Riverwalk or Superdome.. Penthouse is surrounded by Parade walking routes. You can catch the Parades a block off St. Charles for the Mardi Gras Season. A Must See!! Also, no Mardi Gras Parties are allowed. We want to respect the Community.
