There are three (3) Brand New wall-mounted SMART (Internet Direct-Connected for YouTube, NetFlix, HULU, etc.) HDTVs of 60", 55" and 55". There is a Brand New OTR Microwave, Brand new propane BBQ grill, and a 26' Cubic Foot Side-By-Side Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice and Water Dispenser. Each bedroom or sleeping area is dedicated to one of the "Majestic Animals" of the Giraffe, Zebra, Elephant, Tiger and Wild Horse, and creates a playful and fun family environment tastefully furnished and decorated with artwork, statues or reflections of those beautiful creatures! Rent is equivalent to Per Diem Rate of $110/night for ONE PERSON, yet 4-6 can reside here and it is far superior to an "extended stay Hotel" due to both its greater size, luxury furnishings and its ability to sleep a group of 4-6 Business Associates on a long term contract/assignment, or a family of 6-8 comfortably and privately. Bedrooms have been furnished with Brand New Haverty's Bedroom Suites, complete with KInd, Queen and two "Full" size Memory Foam Mattresses and Pillows (+extra pillows) and Bran new Nightstands dressers and new freshly-washed linens. Bills paid include ALL Utilities (Electric, gas, water, trash & sewer), Internet WIFI, Cable/Satellite TV & Lawn care. Since rent covers in excess of 50% of normal everyday expenses, including utilities, Cable / Satellite TV, Internet/WIFI, printer, furnishings, lawn care, dishes (pots and pans, flatware, bed linens, pillows, towels, etc.), either covered per diem or $5500 combined gross monthly income suggested guideline to qualify, exceptions considered. Due to the extent of new and expensive furnishings, Security Deposit is $3000. (Security Deposit can be spread out over 3 months with a 3+ mo. lease.).
"Docile breed" dogs under 15 lbs. are acceptable with a $200 non-refundable security deposit. We will install a small doggie door by request with a signed lease. Due to HOA restrictions, if a corporate rental, no more than five (5) unrelated individuals with 3 vehicles total will be allowed to stay under the lease.
