Charming! Couldn't have asked for nicer hosts or space. The Sinclair is a modern twist on the classic gas station that dotted the American landscape. Lovely appointments and everything you could ask for in a guest house. Will definitely return.

Awesome location and friendly hosts!
This house was decorated stylishly and was in a great location (close to Mass Ave). It was very easy to check in and check out which is a plus for VRBO properties that are not always easy. We enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative is that I think at some point the place got wet because there was a smell like it had experienced some moisture issues at some point. Overall though, it was a lovely stay and I will likely stay there again at some point when in town for business again.

Originally, the Sinclair Guesthouse was a 1940's Sinclair Service Station that was totally renovated into a mid-century modern one bedroom guesthouse. It includes a bedroom with an electric wall fireplace, a walk in closet, one bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks, a full kitchen with pantry, dining area and living room with a 46" LCD TV. It also has a roof top garden with outdoor deck accessible by a spiral staircase. Onsite parking is included.
Original window and door openings were kept to give a feeling of what the service station footprint was like though the inside was completely gutted and reworked for a spacious inviting interior. The original exterior service station porcelain finish is preserved behind the limestone façade. The property is bounded by a Victorian style hand welded iron fence that helps to define the property. This is a one of a kind home that is setup for entertaining and for very memorable experiences.
The Sinclair Guesthouse is located at the doorstep of downtown Indianapolis, one of the finest and most livable downtowns in America. The home is just a moments from 300 restaurants, many museums, and any type of entertainment venue!
