Our stay at the Lake Cottage was absolutely fantastic. This was a family reunion, long in the making, and the venue was perfect. The cottage is perfect. The location is great. It handled our three families in exquisite style. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable. Exceeded our expectations in every way. We are SO glad we chose the Lake Street Cottage for wonderful family memories. There is a magic in this place!

Beautiful and spacious cottage
This is a very comfortable and attractive house and our family group had every convenience during our stay..The front porch is perfect for sitting! The communications with the homeowner were extremely helpful and timely. We enjoyed the bicycles and had a fun time riding to the grocery stores as well as downtown Sandpoint and the beach. This cottage is in the perfect location and close to all we wanted to walk to as well. We would be happy to stay at Lake Street cottage again!

President's Weekend 2017
The property was well decorated, clean and stocked with essentials needed for our 7 adults. The property is close to stores and 7 miles from the ski area. Our trip was a ski trip that started on Friday with some warm weather, but over the next three days 18 inches of new powder fell on the mountain. New powder runs every day! After a long day of skiing, it was nice to make dinner and relax at the property. Everything worked well and the Wi-Fi and entertainment equipment was great to have. Cozy and Comfortble
We celebrated a mother/daughter girls' weekend. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. We would like to come back another time. Sandpoint is a great destination and with the bikes and kayaks it makes it easy and fun to explore.

Sunlight streams through the many windows in this clean, comfortable, attractively decorated, 3 bedroom (+ loft with privacy curtain), two bath home that is perfect for family vacations. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage! The large fenced backyard and deck is a safe place for kids and pets so you can relax under the huge willow tree or barbecue while the children and pets play in safety. Or sit out on the front porch and chat with the friendly neighbors. In the winter moose have been seen walking down the sidewalk in front of the house and 'pruning' the shrubs in the backyard! This desirable Lake Street home is located on a corner lot in the heart of Sandpoint. The house is within walking distance to all the great restaurants, the farmers market, entertainment and shopping in downtown Sandpoint. A large health food grocery store is just a block away. A short five block walk to swimming and sunning on the Lake at City Beach! Or use the bikes that come with the rental. Room and Bed Configuration: Lower Level Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed connected to downstairs full bath Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed Upper Level - Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen Bed and 2 twin daybeds connected to a full Bath Bedroom 4 - Loft space - 2 Twin beds separated by privacy curtain. In the garage are 9 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes to use; 3 beach cruisers, 3 men’s mountain bikes, 3 women’s mountain bikes, a 24 inch boys bike, a 20 inch girls bike, a 12 inch girls bike with training wheels, a toddler baby trailer and 3 wheeler.
