More than 120 days – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is re-rented – 10% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 120 days, property is not re-rented – 50% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days – 100% of total rental is the cancellation fee.
Deposit Policy
A 10% deposit is required to hold a booking and is non-refundable. The Remaining Balance is due 30 days before Check-In.
