The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living rooms. King bedroom has 42 inch TV.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, and family room with large screen TV. The downstairs is NOT accessible from the inside of the house, you must use an outside entrance that faces the lake. King bedroom has 42 inch TV.

While our vacation rentals are perfect for just relaxing, they are also located in close proximity to many recreational opportunities. Whether golfing, boating, snow skiing, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, water parks, snow mobiling, or enjoying the Silverwood Theme Park is of interest to you, there is something for everyone. Make sure you enjoy some of these local activities when you visit.

We only rent out the entire house during Peak Season. All other times of the year you can book the upper level only if needed. 2-night minimum all year round, a 3-night minimum for Holiday weekends and 4-night minimum during the second half of the month of June, 7-night minimum during Peak Season. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $250.00 (this will be taken from the reservation deposit). For reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be given. No refunds will be made for early departures. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds. One half the total due is taken upon booking, the final half is due 45 days before your scheduled arrival. A security deposit hold of $500 is placed on your credit card 3 days before your arrival and is released when the housekeeper goes in and gives the o.k.
