This traditional lake access cabin with boat slip has a front deck with filtered views of the lake, fire pit, snowmobile trailer parking for one large trailer and rig, a woodsy setting and plenty of charm.
This alpine haven sleeps six people with a queen bedroom downstairs and full staircase access to open loft with two twin beds and a recessed, open room with a king bed. Downstairs there is a full bath and second bathroom with shower, living area with picture windows, cozy furnishings and propane heat stove.
Fun, well equipped kitchen. Gather 'round the dining table for a meal or a fun board game, socializing or to relax and glance out the picture window and across the lane at Payette Lake. During the winter you can snowmobile from your yard. Quick access to Warren Wagon Road right up to Burgdorf Hot Springs and beyond!
DOCK RULES Uncle Buck's Huckleberry Haven shares a boat dock with neighboring properties. Only registered Guests staying at Uncle Bucks are allowed to dock ONE (1) boat in the designated slip. Please refer to more specific instructions in the Huckleberry Haven Guest Book.

NOTE TO GUESTS - WATER CRAFT
Guests are welcome to use Uncle Buck's water craft but do so at their own risk. Country Ordinance/Law requires the use of life vests while using Kayaks or any water craft that is the property of Uncle Buck's Huckleberry Haven.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A rental deposit which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If you are booking within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. Either party may cancel the reservation booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation within this time period. In addition, if you cancel the rental reservation on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the home for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rental Deposit to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure
