This townhome is modern, elegantly furnished and spacious where friends and family can enjoy a fun filled McCall getaway.
This three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is an end unit in a quiet location and has easy access to everything McCall has to offer! Bedrooms are upstairs along with two full baths. Living, lounging and dining space is downstairs along with a 1/2, guest bath. The Master Suite has a King bed, 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom has a Full Bunk with a twin on top, and the living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper.
This well maintained home features a wood burning fireplace, solid wood doors, tile and carpeted floors, wood trim, granite countertops throughout. There is a back patio with HOT TUB and dining area which looks out on a grassy and treed common area. There is ample parking and a 2-car garage, room for a few sled trailers and a laundry/mud room entry into the house.
A great home base for Kayakers and Snowmobilers. If your McCall Memory book has blank pages - fill them up at The Pine Meadow!

Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A rental deposit which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If you are booking within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. Either party may cancel the reservation booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation within this time period. In addition, if you cancel the rental reservation on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the home for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rental Deposit to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure
