This 2800 sq. ft. two-story home with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeps 19. There are 2 king sized beds, 4 queens sized beds, 2 sets of twin bunkbed set, a full sized bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Sit and chat in the living room by a roaring fire.
The home comes equipped with plenty of activities including toys, board games, a PlayStation 2, VHS & DVD videos, internet access, and a foosball table. Enjoy a deluxe Hot Springs Spa/hot tub anytime of the year. There is also a deck with a barbeque. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers. You can also walk to town, which is only 3/4's of a mile away.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A rental deposit which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If you are booking within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. Either party may cancel the reservation booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation within this time period. In addition, if you cancel the rental reservation on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the home for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rental Deposit to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
