Sip a cool summer drink while lounging on the deck and yell “in the hole!” as you watch golfers tee off from the 9th hole of the Cedar Course. Better yet, golf the Cedar Course and when you’re finished take the short walk back to your deck with retractable awning for that cool summer drink. Municipal Whether you are golfing or not, just make sure no one is in play when you walk the short distance up the course and up the stairs to the Spring Mountain Ranch Clubhouse hot tub for a leisurely soak. Guests also have exercise room privileges and seasonal pool and tennis court access.
Welcoming, nicely furnished rooms accommodate eight with three, charming private bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sofa sleeper and a loft with sitting area. There are two full bathrooms. One is downstairs, hallway access and the other an attached bath to the upstairs master suite.
Comfy living room with big screen TV and wood burning stove to keep you warm and toasty on those cool, alpine mornings or when you’re curling up with a book as the snowflakes pile up outside. Just a little more than a mile from downtown McCall shopping, dining and recreation, and summer fun at Legacy Beach on Payette Lake, the marina and boat launch. You’re two miles from year round’ fun at Ponderosa State Park where during the winter months you can snowshoe and Nordic ski and just 15 miles from the Brundage Mountain ski lifts. During the summer months, hop on one of the two Cruiser bicycles that we have for Guest use. A great home base during the McCall Winter Carnival festivities and any time of year!

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.
Make yourself at home but please respect locked cupboards or closets that indicate a private space.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A rental deposit which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If you are booking within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. Either party may cancel the reservation booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation within this time period. In addition, if you cancel the rental reservation on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the home for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rental Deposit to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
