This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, sleeps 12-14. The upstairs has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and futon, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with twin beds. On the main floor is a fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed and futon. The upstairs has a full bath. There is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the family room and 2 portable single beds that can be placed anywhere in the house.
All of our properties boast “hotel like amenities” such as little soaps, shampoos, lotions…and quality linens for a restful nights sleep.
The game room has a ping pong table and a card table.
Imagine having your boat tied to the private dock ready for your enjoyment at any time. Relax on the beach. There is a rock/wood stairway that leads down to the beach, it is about a 25 foot distance from the house. The home is surrounded by trees, has a wonderful fire pit, and a great deck on which to sit, relax, and enjoy the view.
This house has plenty of room and plenty of parking. It will quickly become a family favorite that you`ll want to come back to again and again, each and every year. The home has a wood burning stove.
Please note: To get onto the dock, you must wade through about 18 inches of water (varies based on season and water level). It does not have a ramp that attaches to the property land. The dock is chained in the water. The beach size varies depending on the time of year, and the amount of snow runoff from the previous winter that fills the lake.
Pricing reflects accommodations for 12 people.
For more than 12 guests, an additional fee is charged per guest per night up to 14 people.

Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs.
Make yourself at home but please respect locked cupboards or closets that indicate a private space.

For more than 12 guests, an additional fee is charged per guest per night up to 14 people.
In lieu of security deposit there is a non refundable damage waiver fee of $39.
Pets are charged $25 per night per pet and must be noted at time of reservation.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS: A rental deposit which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If you are booking within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. Either party may cancel the reservation booking up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation within this time period. In addition, if you cancel the rental reservation on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the home for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rental Deposit to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
