House Sleeps4Bedrooms1Bathrooms1Minimum Stay3 nightsCentrally located in Rosemary Beach Beau Soleil is a bright and cheery Rosemary Beach Carriage House boasting a brilliant use of space giving guests everything from a desk work space to a modern shower room to a living area where 4 guests can easily spread out and relax Spectacular windows are an architectural focal point but also allow for wonderful natural light making this carriage house decidedly special Upon entering Beau Soleil guests will be welcomed into the open living space featuring a comfortable seating area with a queen sofa bed as well as a Smart TV hidden in the armoire DVD player and a desk area for guests needing to work while on the road The dining area table has plenty of room for your group with three chairs and a bench The living area also has plenty of storage with built-in cabinets Guests may be surprised to see that Beau Soleil also features a full kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher 4-burner stovetop microwave with convection oven function and refrigerator Beau Soleil also has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower stall Outside the bathroom is a closet cleverly snuggled in under the staircase that leads to the sleeping loft After carefully climbing the stairs guests will find a queen bed in the loft area prepared with 100 Egyptian cotton linens Handy outlets upstairs are available for charging devices and guests can rest assured there is plenty of clearance to sit up in bed Guests also have access to balcony area to relax outside as well as a washer and dryer located in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board The nearest of four Rosemary Beach Pools Coquina Pool is less than a 2-minute walk Guests also can enjoy use of 2 FREE BIKES and 2 Beach Chairs Beau Soleil guests will enjoy exploring all the fabulous facilities of Rosemary Beach Guests will be given access cards to the beach and all 4 Rosemary Beach pools including one indoor pool Tennis courts a fitness center and beach set-ups chairs and umbrellas are available on-site on a fee basis Please note there is no dedicated spot in the garage for parking for this carriage house but guest parking hang tags are provided for street parking Round Road is a quiet street and generally street parking is available just 3-5 car lengths from the carriage house The town of Rosemary Beach located along 30A on Florida s Emerald Coast is a stunning example of new urbanism Restaurants coffee shop book store retail stores art galleries bank post office hair salon fitness center tennis center 4 community pools chapel and the beach - Jodie M Enjoyed the two bikes that were included and used them daily You can bike or walk to just about anything you need which is really nice Beach was very nice with a fraction of the crowd of neighboring Panama City Beach - Cody R Carriage house is located on a quiet street close to everything I travelled with my two children ages 10 13 and we had the perfect amount of space and loved the location - Samantha M It was newer and cleaner than some of the other places we had stayed in Rosemary It had an open floor plan with plenty of natural light We used the bikes and chairs which were included We enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying our wine -
